On the afternoon of November 18, 2023, Prof., Ph.D. Le Anh Vinh visited Victoria School - Saigon South campus of the Victoria School systems.
Professor Le Anh Vinh is a Ph.D. graduate from Harvard University and currently, he is the director of the Vietnam Institute of Educational Sciences. Prof., Ph.D. Le Anh Vinh has held numerous posts at Hanoi National University's High School of Educational Sciences, University of Education, and University of Education.
In addition, Professor Le Anh Vinh is a former student of Mathematics at the High School for the Gifted in Natural Sciences and won a Silver Medal at the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) in 2001. In 2010, he received his Ph.D. from Harvard University in the United States and became the youngest person in Vietnam to be recognized as an Associate Professor at the age of 30 in 2013.
Within the framework of the visit, Professor Le Anh Vinh had a conversation with the Victoria School Board of Directors, sharing many things about both sides' educational careers. The school representative introduced an overview of the Victoria School system, outstanding achievements in the teaching program, and the journey to conquer the pinnacle of knowledge of the school system.
The sharing of Professor Le Anh Vinh during the meeting helped the school learn more lessons and gain more motivation to constantly improve the quality of teaching for students. This meeting is a significant step forward in the road to improve the quality of education and training of confident and happy global citizens at Victoria School - Saigon South in particular, and the entire Victoria School system in general.
