Victoria School was honored to welcome the group of experts from the FranklinCovey Organization

On October 17, Victoria School was honoured to welcome experts from FranklinCovey - a global organisation specialising in training and assessment services in leadership, culture development and individual effectiveness. This visit created a valuable opportunity for both sides to share knowledge, experience and build a foundation for prospective cooperation, and promote the quality of education at Victoria School.

Visiting the school were Ms. Brooke Judd - International Director of Coaching and Content, Mr. Jordan DeMoux - Regional Director of Americas, and Ms. Linh Nguyen - CEO of FCE Vietnam. The presence of experts at the school have inspired a new learning spirit to Victoria School's educational community.

The meeting was an opportunity for both sides to share valuable knowledge and experience on leadership development and building an effective organizational culture. Experts had interacted closely with the School Board of Directors and the teachers. Through the sharing session, both parties gained new perspectives and insights on leadership methods and organizational culture.

Through the meeting, both parties have the opportunity to understand each other better and look forward to cooperation and development in the future.
